Foodpanda, is the Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in over 70 cities worldwide. We are currently looking for an energetic individual to join our Commercial Team in Lahore.

We’re looking for a bright and intelligent Shift Lead - Partner Care Commercial to manage our very diverse, large, and dynamic team of associates. If you’re ambitious, got the leadership gene, and willing to make a difference, this is the position for you.

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for assisting the Functional Lead in building processes for the department as per business requirement.

·        Team’s time management (Scheduling, Capacity Planning, Forecasting).

·        Maintaining and optimizing the daily performance of the team.

·        Leading team to ensure KPI targets are met.

·        Assist the Functional lead in the execution of new Processes/SOP’s, continuous improvement of processes, data analyzing, and update the data in the system.

·        To be a creative problem solver and able to perform root cause analysis.

·        Find ways to improve First Contact Resolution, Vendor Satisfaction, and other vendor-specific metrics.

Requirements:

·        1 year+ experience

·        Must hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Masters will be preferred.

·        Strong verbal and written communication.

·        Fluent in English and Urdu.

·        Excellent presentation and MS-Excel skills.

·        Comfortable with operational rotating times.
