- Manage both inbound and outbound calls and customer queries.
- Sharing monthly updates with the existing clients, receive and share their feedback with the Management.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Handle queries about products and the company
- Understand customer requirements and make recommendations accordingly.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Meet monthly sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Present reports of calls and sales to management.
