| Job Description: |
- Conceptualize and Plan (What, Why, When, Where, How) and monitor promotional Campaigns to ensure university visibility and image building.
- Preparing Marketing Budget, Media Planning & Management.
- Prepare business unit and product level promotional plans and ensure achievement of objectives.
- Set targets for individual team members and ensure their achievement.
- Train the employees according to their JDs, monitor performance and report deviance (if any).
- Ensure Quality and timely completion/ execution of all marketing campaigns/ smooth execution of events, Projects, Campaigns, Campus Branding, Campus Visibility/ Fascia.
- Set templates for and acquire/ produce periodic reports for monitoring and evaluation.
- Prepare templates not deviating from the brand guidelines. Preparation of all marketing collateral material/ promotional material.
- Corporate Offices Assignments (Corporate Presentations and reports for BOG/ BOT.
- Work with outreach and digital media teams to plan/ prepare the creative strategy and design artwork.
- Internal & External liaison for future plan/ initiatives, to resolve issues for smooth functioning of teams.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
