| Job Description: |
- Fully coordinate and follow up of all HR tasks and activities.
- Preparation of employee data in SAP and hard files.
- Responsible for managing files, SAP data entry and record keeping. Stationary, mobiles, SIMS, Laptops, desktops, employee cards, visiting cards etc.
- To assist in all training activities, Arrangements/provision of materials/ attendance sheet/training feedback & trainer evaluation forms/ refreshments and other tasks as & when required.
- Organize training sessions for the employees.
- Assist and arrange selection board for hiring the potential candidates.
- Bio matric Registration, Maintain and update leave and attendance record.
- Process monthly pay roll, Induction, Discontinuation, Leave without pay to central HR and Finance departments.
- Preparation of all required data for reports, analysis, HEC, council visits, NOCs applications etc.
