| Job Description: |
- Tasked with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Steer the performance management / appraisal processes
- In charge of recruitment
- Tasked with preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Manage staff conflicts and issues.
Job Qualifications and Experience
- The applicant should preferably hold a Degree in business with HR certification
- At least three years providing HR support in an Interior design company in Dubai
- Payroll management experience
- Benefits management experience
- Working knowledge of all HR responsibilities
- Organizational and Communication skills
