1) Ensure sales target are met for all Modern Trade customers (Metro, Carrefour, CSD/USC, Imtiaz and Spar)
2) Responsible to ensure all contractual KPIs are executed fully
3) Expanding the relationships with customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
4) Lead contractual negotiations with Modern Trade customers
5) Develop strategy and plans for Modern Trade customers with help of NKAM to increase the business
6) Manage day to day activities/operations/executions and plan promotional activities
7) Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and develop business plans accordingly
8) Establish a good business relationship with all customers
9) Ensure that the correct products and services are delivered to the customers in a timely manner
10) The job holder is to maintain flexibility; the job can require him/her to perform tasks that are not clearly defined in the job description but are aligned with the needs of the business.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of basis business processes
- Strong command on MS office
- Strong analytical skills
- Discipline and organized with strong follow up skills along with good interpersonal skills
