We are one of the biggest insurance brokerage houses in the UAE and looking for a Service Executive for a home-based position to start immediately.

We are looking for someone who has a client service medical insurance support experience.

Work Remotely: Yes

Hours: 51.5 hours per week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM PKT (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM GST) Sundays to Thursdays and

10:00 AM to 2:00 PM PKT (9:00 AM to 1:00 pm GST) On Saturdays

Service Executive duties and responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day operations on group medical insurance policies - endorsements, deletions, claims assistance and support, other client queries, payment follow up and account reconciliation.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and insurance companies in order to relay customer issues and track progress of resolution.
• Well-versed on medical insurance coverage, forms and endorsements, as well as documents needed to be included in a complete underwriting submission.
• Interaction with clients to maintain existing business. 

Desired Skills:

Must have knowledge of Excel, Word, Business communication and customer service etiquettes.

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 or I7) 7th gen till 11th gen, 8gb ram, 500GB HDD above or 240GB SSD) with webcam
• Headset - USB based headset, noise-cancelling
• Required Internet Speed: ping below 5ms, Download speed 10Mbps above, Upload speed 3Mbps above for stand-alone connection
• Uninterrupted power supply system
• Environment: quiet background facilitating outgoing and incoming calls
