| Job Description: |
- To update import status on ERP and draft statements , report accordingly
- Co-ordinate with Suppliers for Import orders on regular basis and follow-up
- Handle LC , Bank Contracts and Purchase for imports, and dealing with the banks for execution and transactions of the imports.
- Deal with Shipping Companies / agents for fright negotiation for FOB shipments and followup for the shipments .
- Prepare costing on Excel format and its entry in ERP for the imports .
- Maintain Import filing and record
