| Job Description: |
- Developing and implementing strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
- He/she will be managing the entire recruitment & selection cycle as well as the company’s rewards and benefits system, medical insurance policy, overseeing the performance appraisal system and assessing the training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Preparation of Salaries and HR database management on ERP.
- Prepare HR documentation for recruitment, promotions, appointments and salary reviews.
- Ensure appropriate induction and onboarding of new staff.
- Supports with performance management and disciplinary processes
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required by the Management
- Follow up and coordinate employee’s annual Leave balance, sick leave, update ERP – Oracle, maintain Personal Files.
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record keeping requirements
- Leading HR related interventions in our Corporate Functions
- Ensure that HR services/policies are monitored/ adhered to, measured and evaluated against service expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels, including developing stakeholder relationships, collaboration and influencing, business partnering, and employee engagement.
