ittehad Flour & General Mills is a growing Domestic industry which  located in Sarhad Distt Ghotki is expanding its business and seeking experienced applicants for the Accountant Position as per below mentioned requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Flour Mill QuickBooks accounting.
• Manipulating large volumes of data from the QuickBooks system. 
• Produce full set of management accounts and monthly journals
• Prepare monthly / quarterly / annually budgets and cash flows.
• Prepare monthly finance management reports
• Prepare administration of expense and claims.
• Maintenance of computerized general ledger, cashbook, and cash flows.
• Monthly bank reconciliation with general ledger and Bank.
• Reconciliation of control accounts
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
• Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Skills:

• Must have 2 years hands on experience in Flour Mill QuickBooks and Accounts management
• Candidate must possess minimum Bachelors
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Must have good time-management skills and ability to multitask and maintain focus and discipline
• Knowledge  MS Office using skills would be Prefer
• Knowledge of any other accounting software would be a plus
