- Should have 2-3 years of experience.
- Degree: Minimum Bachelors in HR.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee personnel files.
- Maintain up-to-date employee information.
- Manage holiday and absence schedules.
- Responsible for recruitment.
- Process performance review.
- Support and advise with any employee relations issues.
- Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
- Prepare monthly payroll and benefits.
- Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
- Presentable and confident.
- Help comes up with company HR policies that provide effective solutions to problems that may arise.
- Maintain employee engagement with the company.
