Job Description: |
- Analyses intelligence on customers and the market to form insight that can be used for product and strategy development
- Collaborates internally to build strong external customer relationships
- Articulates the strategic need for change and leads the implementation of change on behalf of the customer
- Promotes a strong customer focus and influences corporate strategy formulation and corporate investment decisions to meet goals
- Develops the marketing plan in alignment with the strategic goals of the business
- Assists top management in the development of brand strategy and achievement of brand positioning
- Manages the brand and implements brand plans
- Analyses, measures and reports on brand effectiveness
- Contributes to the development and delivery of marketing communication campaigns
- Analyses and reports product performance, forecasts future performance and innovates new customer propositions
- Manages projects related to the delivery of customer value propositions and product portfolios
- Gathers, analyses data and interprets results for measuring effectiveness of all marketing activities
- Support and collaborate with the technical and finance teams for delivery of the desired customer experience throughout the customer journey
- Supports the development and implementation of channel marketing plans to meet changing customer needs and business goals
- Implements marketing processes aligned with company values to maintain corporate reputation
- Ensures that all marketing activities comply with internal processes and relevant legislation and regulation
- Develops the sales plan according to the corporate strategy and marketing plan
- Takes sales calls pitching new customers and new products to existing customers to implement the sales plan
- Executes agreements with customers to on-board them
- Generates and circulates invoices to customers against products
- Monitors and recovers payments from customers against invoices
