| Job Description: |
The incumbent is responsible for the acquisition of Mobile Accounts on the easypaisa base in order to ensure that growth ambitions of monthly active users are achieved
- Support the Assistant Director Acquisitions in achieving team objectives of new acquisitions
- Develop a well-rounded acquisition strategy and achieving mobile account acquisition targets on a month to month basis
- Responsible to update the dynamics of the campaigns to artworks made for the social media and company website
- Coordinate with the product development team to implement any changes in the system necessary for running a new campaign
- Constantly improve performance through continuous operational reviews, combined with strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of departmental objectives
- Responsible for working closely with HoD Growth & Segments and product planning teams to provide input into strategic development of the business
- Develop new acquisition channels for the organization to acquire both USSD and App customer
- Improve customer acquisition quality from all channels and reduce early lifecycle churn
- Provide regular visibility of target vs achievement against the various acquisition channels and their primary quality indicators
- Assist in development of new products and features within the easypaisa product portfolio to attract consumers towards this service
- Increase migration of USSD customers of easypaisa towards the easypaisa App for improved customer experience
- Write clear and comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs) for new product features
- Lead and direct all system developments, enhancements, and ensure new features are launched on-time and in-line with the strategic product roadmap for acquisitions
- Design and lead the implementation of value proposition that results in customer base uptake for Easypaisa.
