Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities
- Acts as the contact point for employees’ requests regarding their rights and obligations
- Maintains personnel files and updates their records according to policy and legal requirements
- Maintain high quality and timely coordination of various workflows to achieve business milestones.
- Monitors employees' payroll related data (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, tax withholding, insurance contribution etc.) and submits the annual and monthly employer’s obligations to local authorities
- Comply with organizational procedures and legislative requirements
- Implements the termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and maintain all relevant documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
- Assist in performance management processes
- management of grievance issues
Qualification and requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferably Human Resources).
- Minimum 2 to 3 Yrs. of relevant experience.
- Experience in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g. MS Office).
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in US shift-timings.
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Great active listening skills
- Computer literacy
- Self-motivated
- Candidate must be punctual in order to meet the deadlines
