Blue Star manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for inspiring Sales Executive (female) reporting directly to Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, visiting and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Target to make 60-90 outbound calls daily
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use.

Qualification:

• Must be graduated
• Must be very fluent in English with American accent.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Good communication and ‘people skills’
• The ability to influence and negotiate with others
• Confidence, motivation and determination
• The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
• Good business sense and a professional manner
• Must have knowledge of CRM
• Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
• Must have capability to work under pressure and achieve the targets
