| Job Description: |
Ensure timely and smooth execution of Launch & Post Launch processes & Team management
Key Task & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for products’ overall branding which includes photography, videography,
- EBC, Storefront, Sales copy based on latest keyword research (Content), social media creative
- Ensure timely S&P & Daily Reporting, Biweekly Reporting, Post Launch Book-keeping,
- VAT/Tax Filing & P&L statement creation
- Stock management (Before & During launch in both 3PL & FBA)
- Enable Answer / Question on Listing
- Refurbish Setting is set to disable
- Business Profile Setting
- Automatic Invoicing Enabled if VAT Exempted
- Verify TAX Settings
- Update Backend Search Terms provided by listing optimizer
- Set Inventory Alert
- Backend Review & Portfolio Manager approval
- Overall launch readiness & execution, which includes PPC management & optimization, formulate Launch strategy, launch budget optimization, Pitstop review with Elite member, ensuring seller central backend update and validation
- And any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time
