Liftrank Media Ltd is looking for an experienced PHP/WordPress DEVELOPER. The ideal candidate will have following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

•  Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications
•  Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team
•  Ensure HTML 5 , CSS,3 and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications
•  Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
•  Utilise backend data services and contribute to increasing existing data services API
•  Lead the entire web application development life cycle right from the concept stage to delivery and post launch support
•  Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, and schedules along with technical and process issues
•  Document the development process, architecture, and standard components
•  Coordinate with co-developers and keeps project manager well informed of the status of development effort
•  Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development

Qualification

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or a similar relevant field

Experience

• Working experience as a PHP/WordPress developer for (3+) year(s)

Knowledge & Skills

•        In depth knowledge of object-oriented PHP and WordPress PHP Framework,  must have experience on building AMP based web based applications
•        Hands on experience with MySQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design
•        Software testing
•        MySQL profiling and query optimization
•        Creative and efficient problem solver
•        Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Code Commit
•        Familiarity with AWS
•        Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development process
•        Data mining, analysis and custom reports generation based on requirements
•        Knowledge working of Web Socket
•        Knowledge of VueJS/ ReactJS would be a plus
•        Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
•        Understanding of MVC design patterns
•        High end understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
•        Understanding accessibility and security compliance
•        Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
•        Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
•        The Candidate Should have a Strong Knowledge of WordPress
