Job Description
- Familiar with payment gateways account opening, for example, Easypaisa or Jazz cash accounts opening, able to help our existing companies openEasypaisa or Jazz cash accountsand payment gateway accounts.
- Relationship with payment gateways and banks is an advantage.
- Maintenance relationship withEasy paisa or Jazz cash.
- Monitoring settlement coming daily and make sure fund settle on time.
- Download bank statements and upload them to the payment gateway system.
- Follow up on customer service and maintenance.
- As customer support, solve customers complaints, talk to customers and refund the customers complaints related money.
- Follow up on customer service and maintenance.
- Treat customer requests Complaint Management Gathering Related Informationandimproving service processes
- Want to help consumers with online purchases by answering their questions via email , online chat and social media platforms (WhatsApp and Telegram).
- Manage the daily operations of your own department, such as processing receipts and payments, etc.
- Sort customer problems Update product feedback Regularly collect after-sales information, etc.
- Other duties assigned according to the needs of senior management.
Feature
Language requirements:
Thai, English, if able to communicate Chinese and Hindi will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Relevant ecxperience with Payment Gateway processes/Integration Knowledge is Preferred.
- Experienced in checking customer's credit
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in word, ppt, excel and other office software
- Mainly providing business services and supporting online payment systems through 3rd Party and 4th Party
