Summary
Assistant Sales Manager (Sales Account Manager) is urgently required by BayTech for series of sales activities of Accounting Software and ERP products. The ideal candidate will have excellent client facing skills with a strong technical knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP. Requirements
Candidates must have: - Understanding of Accounts, Finance and ERP Software. - A strong Sales background
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identify Customers & their Business Requirements
- Identify and making contacts with prospects,
- Lead the process of discovering prospect’s business requirements, needs, pain points and expected business outcomes
- Review background on customer
- Conduct customer discovery session to understand the customer business requirement, pain points, critical business outcome, obstacles to realization, and decision criteria
- Qualify opportunities by assessing technical feasibility, timeline, budget, constraints, organization readiness, authority, and competitive situation
- Position scoping and potential need for additional solutions; differentiate from the competition
- Build relationship and credibility with customer stakeholders, and manage their expectations
- Identify and coordinate with pre-sales for demo requirements
Solution Support during Sales Cycle
- Heavily support the sales cycle and serve as the expert in the solution by completing requests for proposal. Participate in marketing events, deliver clear sales messages, and handle objections effectively. Provide references and customer examples to prospects.
- Develop business and generate demand
- Complete product section of Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Follow the standard software solution selling methodology
- Use value-based selling principles
- Formulate and follow Go-to-Market Strategy
- Identify financial value
- Understand pricing and project scoping
- Understand the collaboration between Principal and partner throughout the sales cycle
Account Transition
- Communicate the business requirements to the project implementation team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.
