Ajooba.pk is searching for an experienced Head of E-Commerce e-Commerce Manager (B2C) for our start-up, based in Lahore.

Its a start-up backed by one of the leading IT Group in Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for a candidate who has proven experience in successfully building, launching and operating an e-Commerce site.

  Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the day to day functions of our eCommerce sales, and online web sales, oversee shipping of products, Seo, site maintenance, manage and direct internet staff.


• Support monthly and annual revenue goals for eCommerce programs while strictly adhering to cost budgets.


• Manage and direct email marketing, and business social networks.


• Oversee and maintain eCommerce internal and external partner relationship.


• Establish, maintain, and adhere to the product marketing calendar.


• Maintain and improve website analytics. Build custom reporting dashboards and reports, for the executive principals.


• Manage eCommerce reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual level with insight provided to executive team on issues and opportunities. Manage the collaborative process between eCommerce needs and IT.


• Achieve month to month sales growth targets, through online marketing strategies that meet acceptable Ltv and expense ratio goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A minimum 4 to 6 years in an eCommerce marketing role, financial forecasting and management of budgets preferred. Good verbal communications skills.


• Direct Marketing background preferred.


• Four year college degree in Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.


• Proven track record of success in a rapidly growing eCommerce environment.


• A unique blend of both highly creative and analytical skill sets. A background in Automotive Parts and Accessories sales, a plus but not required.

Essential Functions:

• The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively. Microsoft Excel skills, Adobe photo shop, eCommerce platforms, development of mobile eCommerce software, and in depth knowledge of Google analytics.


• In depth knowledge of online Marketing tools and software. The ability to self-start and manage tasks from inception to completion. Previous relationships with eCommerce vendors preferred.
