Job Description: (Covers below but not limited to)
- You will provide Customer service over phone, email and chat.
- You will provide basic technical support over phone, email and chat.
- Occasionally you will write ads for the HR correspondent to post on social media and newspapers.
- Occasionally you will write product names, descriptions and dimensions for our e-commerce store.
- You will work closely with US Office remotely from our Karachi office.
Requirements/Skills:
- You MUST be willing to work Night Shift.
- You MUST have at least 1 to 3 years of International Customer service experience.
- You MUST speak English like its your first language.
- You MUST not have a thick Pakistani heavy accent.
- You MUST be well versed in written business communication.
- You will arrange for your transportation back & forth to the office. We do not provide this service.
- You MUST be able to understand instructions in English.
- You should be proactive and quick on your feet.
- You MUST have good grasp over Microsoft Office.
- Possessing Adobe Photoshop skill would be an advantage.
- Ability to learn new software/products on your own would be desired.
- You MUST have a friendly personality.
Compensation/Benefits:
- We offer Base Salary and Commissions.
- You will be allowed ONE PAID OFF DAY per month beside Sundays.
Job Hours:
- You will perform your duties between 9pm and 6am Monday through Saturday.
Interview:
- Monday through Saturday after 9pm with a copy of your resume.
