Job Role:
The City Coordinator will be the local liaison for the Daraz Dukaan project and will report to the Regional Manager. They will have a team of 3 Sales representatives who will be responsible for going out in the market and on-boarding shops. City Coordinator will have to:
· Work closely with Sales Representative and help them in identifying areas/shops to target
· Ensure all targets are being met
· Ensure proper training are being provided to shopkeepers
· Aligning with Central Team to ensure all the processes (onboarding, branding, training etc.) are going smoothly
Required Skills:
· Fluent in local language + English
· Knowledge of local area
· Strong leadership and management skills.
· 6 months of experience in marketing/sales
