Urgently Required Males / Females for a vehicle tracking call center.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Vehicle Alerts and call to clients.
- Making Confirmation calls
- Taking Follow up with clients about their complains
- Recording complains in Ms.Excel Sheet and forwarding to Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate
- Can work in morning shifts from 8am to 4pm
