| Job Description: |
- Posting of Invoices in software.
- To follow up collection and allocation of payments.
- To carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadline.
- To reconciliation of accounts.
- To monitor customer accounts, details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.
- To maintain accounts receivable customer files.
- To have daily correspondence with Account department and give update.
- To investigate and resolve customer queries.
- To organize a speedy recovery system and initiate collection.
- To keep communication with all customers.
- Will have to visit customers to recover payments.
