Job Description:

1. Manages and administers 3cx and Vicidial servers including capacity/feasibility planning, new installations, upgrades, configuration, feature functionality testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, back-up systems, security procedures/protocols, operating procedures and guidelines, and end user connectivity.

2. Manager and administers Freshdesk system.

3. Management of Freshchat system.

4. Coordinates and performs new project planning and project management responsibilities which include establishing priorities, specifications and approaches, organizing, staffing, and scheduling, working with others to complete the project, and monitoring progress.

5. Trains and provides support to end-users regarding the use and features of the systems implemented in Company.

6. Provides assistance, as necessary, to help end-users resolve technical problems that face during working.

7. Maintains a current knowledge of rapidly changing computer technology.

8. Performs any other related duties as assigned by manager.

9. To perform all these tasks employee should have an idea of but not limited 3CX, Asteric, Vicidial, Freshdesk, Fresh Chat, IP Phones and FXO.
