Job Description:

A well-reputed firm of Chartered Accountants based in Karachi is interested in accepting Resume of candidates who are competent, self-motivated and can add their technical skills/abilities in our Company by joining our team as a “Client Relationship Manager ”.

The prospective candidate/ individual must lead and manage multiple engagements to deliver quality passionate customer services to our valued clients and will be responsible for the overall success of our Firm relationship with assigned client accounts.

Abilities Required:

  • Highly developed organizational, planning and management writing skills and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Solid organizational, management, administrative and human relations skills in a style that exhibits maturity, leadership, sensitivity, and teamwork.
  • Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or track record of managing client relationships

Must be holding one of the following certification or qualification to be considered for this position:

 

§  Minimum having Bachelor Degree in business management or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling client relationship management shall be preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize all opportunities to enhance client relationships and accelerate the decision-making process that will grow revenue through increased utilization.
  • Strategize with client account leads on a weekly basis on all opportunities to ensure solutions are being effectively sold; accurately forecast respective opportunities based upon realistic assessments. 
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to develop a strategic and tactical plan to achieve the desired annual revenue targets.
  • Work with client product management and business development to complete requests for proposals/information in a timely, accurate and professional manner. This includes leading a strategic planning session with all internal constituents to ensure their understanding of how a firm can meet the client’s needs.
  • Lead in-house presentations and site visits to prepare for and conduct client, channels, and executive site visit/presentations.
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that reflect the core values of the firm.
  • Demonstrate service excellence.
  • Understand and comply with internal risk management process.
  • Ensure that all meetings with clients are documented in detail in individual client file.
  • Liaising with internal department to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring accounts managers are aware of changes within clients.
  • Monitoring Company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
