Aodour is a cosmetic company established since 2016. We are importing international cosmetics meanwhile we are collabrating with all brands exsiting in the market. We are targeting to be the NO.1 online cosmetic seller and chain store with all cosmetic brands under one roof. Looking for a marketing/branding manager who is the master of marketing/branding of ecommerce and social media platform.
Responsibilities
• Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Shape and communicate our vision and mission
• Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
• Responsible for the social media page health, page growth, user engagement, activation. Lead creative development, plan and create viral content (Product review, Video, DVC, post review etc)
• Responsible for PR, brand collaboration to increase the brand visibility
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
• Manage the marketing team. Responsible for team member growth, environment building.
