Royal Bathrooms (UK) is looking for Customer Support Representatives for its office Located in Lahore.Excellent English speaking and listening skills and those who can work with team members. IELTS certification will be a plus point. Reply to emails and calls professionally to provide information about products and services, process orders, handle complaints, problem solving etc. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.

Requirements:

• Must have good written and spoken knowledge of English language



• Must have at least 2 year of customer services experience



• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening



• Excellent communication and presentation skills



• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters



• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
