| Job Description: |
- Handling all corporate compliance procedures for the company including compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017, Pakistan Stock Exchange rules and regulations, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan’s rules and regulations
- Advising on internal legal matters of the company including company’s meetings, contractual obligations, software certifications, employment laws, privacy policies, related party transactions, listing procedures, financing schemes, stock option schemes
- Drafting and reviewing various agreements
- Company and corporate compliance procedures including company compliance regimes in accordance with the applicable Pakistani Companies Act, 2017 and procedural rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and Pakistan Stock Exchange.
