Xpert E-commerce is looking for a in-house (male) Call Center Agent for the night shift.
Must have strong communication skill and able to handle direct calls from customers via chat, calls or emails.
Should be able to handle incoming customer calls.
Make outbound calls regarding customer orders, delivery and returns.
Must have experience in communicating with US clients.

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift).
