Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the fashion/clothing industry and a proven track record of growing brands through social media and digital marketing. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.), managing paid ads, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring Stashhaus’s brand voice is bold, consistent, and engaging.  


Key Responsibilities:  



  •  Develop and execute a social media content strategy tailored to Stashhaus, including posts, reels, stories, and influencer collaborations.  

  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content (images, videos, captions) that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and resonates with our audience.  

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to boost brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.  

  • Stay ahead of fashion, social media, and digital marketing trends to keep Stashhaus competitive.  

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/DMs, and build a loyal online community.  

  • Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and content creators to expand Stashhaus’s reach.  

  •  Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, growth, ROI) and optimize strategies for better performance.  

  •  Assist with email marketing, SEO, and website content updates as needed.  

  • Work closely with the design and sales teams to align marketing efforts with new drops and promotions.  


Requirements:  



  • 2+ years of experience in social media & digital marketing, specifically in fashion/apparel.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns for clothing brands.  

  • Expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and emerging platforms.  

  • Experience running paid ads (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) with a focus on ROI.  

  • Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media analytics.  

  •  Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for fashion trends and storytelling.  

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.
