Job Description:

We are hiring motivated female Customer Service Executive to join our team in the clothes industry. If you excel in communication and have experience in order taking and customer service, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle order bookings and customer inquiries
  • Scan goods and ensure pricing is correct
  • Provide detailed information about products and services
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Assist customers with any issues or concerns
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
  • Compliance with departmental SOPS and store operating procedures

Requirements:

  • Must have knowledge of computer (Ms word, excel)
  • Must have experience of social media
  • Experience in customer service or clothing industry is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

  • Customer service : 1 or 2 years (Preferred)
  • MS Word, Excel : 1 Years (Preferred)
  • Social Media
